Stuffed Pork Chop and the parpadelle pasta dish is to die for. Sapphire Martini, Foie Gras, Duck, Stuffed Pork Chop, Wasabi Tuna Anything and everything, but definitely the ostrich if it's on the menu. It tastes like tender, very lean beef. Exquisite.
